Hours before flight...

New to the cruise way of life.

3 adults and 1 child

We disembark the NCL Gem on a Saturday morning. Flight out of JFK about 6pm. Any ideas on what we can do for a few hours as we will have our luggage to drag around ?

You can go to Schwartz Travel on W 37th St and pay to store your luggage for a few hours. This is within walking distance of the Times Square area.

Book a car service from Schwartz Travel to JFK with Dial7 or Carmellimo no later than 2:30 pm (get opinions from others about the time).

Train from NY Penn Station to Jamaica Station plus JFK Airtrain is also an option as is the E subway train to Jamaica from 34th or 42nd St to Jamaica plus JFK Airtrain.

Your cruise line may do a tour of Manhattan with drop off at the airport - your bags then stay on coach. RC does a four hour tour for $99 for adult in our September cruise. Or book an airport hotel day room for a few hours
