Pacific Jewel Obstructed View

Yes, some are better than others, 8114 8115 8128 8129 are the most unobstructed. I happened to be walking past on disembarkation day when all the cabins were empty and had their doors open. I took particular attention of the cabin #'s where the view was best and this correlates with the deck plan spaces between the lifeboats.

I've stayed in room 8129 and this is the view. The bonus with this room was that the lifeboats in front of the window was used for tendering so we had a good view at ports (south pacific cruise). 8816d5081aad3bbdfc2d0632a3b221c9.jpg

Thanks so much for all of the info!! Very helpful...certainly gives me something to think about as my travel agent is only getting the option of the obstructed view as an upgrade so maybe all of the non-obstructed ocean view rooms have been booked! Thanks again!
