Here's what it says on the MSC website:

 

Silver, Gold and Black card members enjoy, on top of the discounts, an additional €/$50 shipboard credit per person aged over 18 years old.

We are sailling Oct 28th this year. First time with MSC but because we are upper tier with Royal we are matched to Black card. How can I find out if our cruise on Seaside qualifies for the $50 each onboard credit?

Go to the Voyagers club section on the MSC web site, all the selection cruises that are listed there qualify for the extra OBC.
