Yikes 3 parades in the morning of February 11th

So what's the best plan of action to get to the cruise port given there are 3 parades that morning? We are staying at the Q&C Marriott @344 Camp Street ... I'm such a knucklehead picking that date for our cruise.

The parades start uptown at 11:00, and won't reach downtown until abound 12:30 at the eraliest.

You should have no problems getting to the terminal.
