Final Invoice

Does anyone know what Marella department to contact regarding an incorrect final invoice? We have been charged twice for the meal we had in 'Surf and Turf' on Discovery last week. Thanks.

We were also on this cruise and we were charged for items from the mini bar ie Pringles and chocolate ( they were never put in cabin by cabin boy ) fortunately we checked our account before we left ship and received money back .regarding your over charge I would suggest getting in touch with agent you booked with ,we were over charged for photos last year on same ship and did not know till we got home but thomsons who we booked with got refund for us .hope you succeed in your case.

Thanks Skiers - we don't live in the UK so don't book through an agent. Will try phoning Marella tomorrow as no response to the email we sent just after we got off the ship.

We enjoyed it Dronnygirl but the weather left a lot to be desired. Loved the French ports, and were very moved by our excursion to the WW1 battlefields/Flanders Field Museum/Tyne Cot cemetery from Zeebrugge, but not sure we would do the whole itinerary again.
