Lap pool

Quick question for those who have sailed Celebrity before. I see there is a lap pool in the spa. Is that open for all? Or is there a fee or reservation required? Thanks!

There is small pool in the solarium - adult space, without cost. It is just outside the spa area. There is no pool in the spa. The new Edge will have a 25 yard lap pool, but doesn't launch until December, 2018.
