Recently returned from 2 separate cruises....any ????'s

Early January we were 10 days on the Princess "Caribbean Princess", stayed in Fla pre and in beteen cruises, then we sailed on MSC "Divina" and stayed in Fla post cruise. Home now...any questions on either ?

Do you have a recommendation of a hotel near Las Olas Blvd in FLL to stay the night before a cruise?

As we are snowbirds in Fla for the season, we drove and did not stay at a hotel. If you go on Expedia or Trivago or similar sites, or even just google "Fort Lauderdale Hotels" you will see a LOT listed. Some offer airport shuttle and/or cruise ship shuttle.

Riverside Hotel is a beautiful hotel right on Las Olas Blvd. It’s also close to one of my favorite restaurants in South Florida, Louie Bossi’s. Excellent Italian food, great drinks, and a great place to people watch. Great pizza too in a casual setting. Place is always packed. A great second spot is Big City Tavern which is close by also owned by the same company.
