Carnival: Tracy Arm excursion?

I don't see this excursion offered during our July 31 2018 Legend cruise. I see everyone raving about it. Is it not offered for Carnival, or only offered once on-board? Thanks.

A lot of people said it doesn't show up until your cruise gets closer. I can't remember if it was there or not when we first booked our cruise in January 2016 (for that summer). Plus, you can only sign up by sending an email, it's not like the normal excursions. So once it's posted on the site, you can sign up via email, then they'll send you a confirmation. Once you get on board, your S&S account will be charged and you'll get your tickets.

We cruise Carnival on 8/21/2018 and this was open on 11/4/2017. Only showed I opening but that was so they could have it listed on the Carnival site. We’ve had ours reserved since 11/4/2017.

We are on the 7/17 sailing and I booked this tour in January. I would think it should be showing up by now. If you want to try emailing with your booking number perhaps you can get a response. alaska_tracyarm@carnival.com
