Cozumel Car Rental - Dollar Rent-A-Car Terminal Maritima

Have an upcoming stop in about 2 weeks in Cozumel aboard the Regal Princess. Will be docking at Puerta Maya. Research has led me to the Dollar-Rent-A-Car location referred to as Cozumel Terminal Maritima. For me, this appears to be the best combination of location near the dock, availability, and price.

Has anyone rented from this location previously?
