Roatan, Belize, or Cozumel for snorkeling with young kids?

Hi!

We are going on our first ever cruise with our two girls. They are 4 and 1. My husband would really like to snorkel but we would love some help on where the best snorkeling place would be and if they allow small children. If not, my hubby will just go on his own, but if there’s a place we could go together, I’d love to hear of it! :)

Make sure to use a flotation device on the kid just in case he falls off the raft

We’re bringing his life jacket but thanks for the reminder :). He only recently started swim lessons so he always has a life jacket on even in the shallow kiddy end of the pool.

Snorkeling in Cozumel is not the best in the Caribbean. The reefs tend to be farther out and currents can be problem out on the reefs. I am not familiar with the snorkeling in Belize. Roatan is probably the best bet.
