formal nights on current Rotterdam western carribean itinerary

what days are the formal nights on, current 7 day Western Caribbean itinerary?

In the first week of January after embarking on Sunday our formal nights were on Monday and Thursday.

They are not as formal as they used to be. I wear a dark suit and tie and Diana wears a little black dress with jacket and we are actually over dressed nowadays.

This is helpful. We are on that cruise in March. I was assuming Gala was on sea days. but the second sea day is the last night of the cruise and they don't tend to have gala on the last night because people are packing....I will revise my dinner plans.
