Public Beaches with chair & umbrellas rentals

If we opt out of the day pass at a hotel but want to spend a few hours enjoying the beach what are our options?

Places like Cozumel have several beach clubs to choose from, you get a lounger, umbrella and there is a bar/resto. There doesn't seem to be much of this in Nassau.

Can we start a list of places that include costs and what is included?

From my research, there are a number of bars along Junkanoo beach that have very reasonable drink prices and chairs and umbrellas to rent. The beach is a 20 minute walk from the port. I watched a few youtube videos (search Junkanoo) and it looks OK. There are washrooms, too.
