I will be going to Ensenada in October , can we walk to town easily? being several are over 70 and have medical issues or should we stick to a shopping tour ty

Shopping tour would be best. If you walk it will be a long walk for the best shopping.

And be careful where you walk, once you get there.

For easy walking, take the Black Bridge over to Big Flag Plaza. Lots of benches along the way. Several food shacks in the Plaza.

You can continue along the Malecon or cross the street into town. Both ways have restaurants and shops.

All will take $US, all restaurants and the Plaza shacks buy potable water for cooking.

Be mindful of where you walk. Along the Malecon the sidewalks are fine, but just off the sidewalks usually have holes in them.
