Yes we have used them several times, they are highly recommended. We have never had any issues, last month our excursion in San Juan got cancelled and they immediately emailed me and refunded our deposit. Or they give you the option of using it on another excursion. Have fun!

I have used them for my excursions in Cozumel. Very easy.

You should also check the local vendors. Island Marketing is just a broker, your excursion isn't actually with them. If you use a local guide you cut out the middle man and save more money typically.

We've used them a few times. Yes, they are a booking agent - but as one of our excursion operators explained, they're such a small operation (in one case, one person) they need Island Marketing to handle their bookings. I've never had a problem with their tours.

Numerous times. Have never had an issue. Even had to cancel once and the refund of the deposit was quickly processed.
