Emailed Princess Customer Service today asking if you still get 2 coffee cards when you do a liquor swap out and if so can you put one card on your account and the other on your wife's. 15 minutes later I received a phone call from a Princess Rep stating that they received the email and yes in fact, you can put one card in your name and the other in your wife's. 15 minutes to respond and I did not include my phone number in the email.. WOW! Great service !!

Nice! I was on the Royal last week and was told that they were going paperless with coffee cards on the next sailing.

 

Hopefully someone on a subsequent sailing will report back to advise if it took place and how the “coffee card” actually got onto your account.

I sent an e-mail about excursion reservations and never got a response. I then called and was waiting on hold for 45 minutes, and then finally told that I would need to call back because the people who could help me with my online account didn’t work weekends. So I guess you had better luck than I did!

Where did you find the email address for Princess Customer Service? I went to the website and the email options don't apply to general questions or questions about perks. Thank you for sharing your positive experience.

with technology on everything; there should be a way to have your coffee card tied to your seapass or cabin card. Everytime you buy a latte it would be deducted from your room card. Sounds simple; but will Princess or other cruiselines put this into play

I filled in the web email form 17 days ago and still haven't heard back. I think they're still trying to formulate a response for those of us with unused punches who won't be able to use them all up in 14 months.
