Peak Design Strap Anchors Recall/Replacement

Peak Design just announced a product warning for their corded anchor straps. I just picked up a couple of Cuffs for my bodies and ended up with all v3 anchors.

If you have any Peak Design products that were purchased after July 2017, you may have the affected anchors. The survey takes just a second.

Thanks for the heads up, Dave. Mine were all V2 type.

Mine are V3... but I'm keeping the defective anchors. They aren't *that* defective... and I understand the thicker threads are harder to use with the Sony cameras.

I use mine with the triangle ring which is what they recommend as a stop-gap. I will also keep the V3s and use them for the smaller, lighter A6x00 bodies, also with the triangle rings.

I just received my replacement anchors. Very prompt for a recall replacement!

The new version's cording is visibly heavier and they came with split triangle rings for cameras without them.
