Yes, shops and bars are open. Take the water taxi to the first stop. It is on the first street behind the water front and there are signs too. And if you still cant quite locate it, get a 2.00 beer and just ask someone..... everyone we met was super nice!! Be sure to try the guavaberry place too.

The official name is the "Yoda Guy Movie Exhibit" in case you are trying to locate it on Google Maps or on one of the tourist maps. The address is 19A Front Street, but I am not sure how helpful that is. It is super easy to find.

We went in February. We walked from the ship, not a bad walk. Had fun but got tipsy before hand at Dirty Sanchez along the beach. Drinks were so good that we got a bit carried away. One of our favorite days on the cruise. The book we bought at the shop is good too.
