If this is not in your cabin when you board, immediately ask your steward for it. If that doesn't produce it, go to the Loyalty Ambassador. (guest services may be able to help, but occasionally they are useless ;) )

Do they still do booklets? Diamond is on your Seapass card, sheet of paper with what you get is in your room.:o

Besides 1 or 2 things, they are almost completely worthless.

They don't "bother to print them" because they are coded electronically onto your SeaPass. :rolleyes: :confused: :cool:

Really useful info thanks! Do you have to ask to use the coupon or will it be used automatically? Eg. If I order a beer will I get the next one free or would I have to order 2 and ask to use the coupon to get one free?

Our waiter asked if we wanted to use the coupon when we ordered 2 sodas at dinner on my card. When we used my wife's we told them to use the coupon. I think he asked in case we wanted to use for beer or wine instead later.

Another notes we never got any info on a wash/laundry bag this cruise and we are on day 8 right now even though the $5 off listed on paper.

You would probably have to order two at the same time to get one free. However, if you speak to the bar server, they might be able to ring up two beers with your coupon and give you your free one later. Just make sure the same bar server will be working when you want the second beer.

I've found it best to tell the crew member whether I want to use the coupon or not. I've had them use it automatically on two sodas before when I'd rather have used it on two expensive glasses of wine.

Alcohol, spa treatments, casino etc. Which she obviously cant use ...But on a previous sailing she had discounts on soft toys and ice cream etc. I'm hoping that was just an error! It was only a short sailing on Anthem and was very busy otherwise I would have asked at the desk.

I'm anthem now, My 11 year old son had a different sheet than us for the discounts. Unfortunately looks like my wife threw it away. I only have our list.

Yes it was definitely a separate sheet and different for child platinum. Having a great time on anthem.

I'm a bit confused still. Husband and I are Platinum. We've always gotten a coupon book but I like that coupons are now loaded on your card. We leave on the Anthem next week. My question is do both my husband and I get the same coupons on each of our cards or are these coupons per cabin? Another-words, for instance the "buy a beer, get one free" - do we each individually get this? Normally, we just use one of our sign and sail cards to pay for things so if we each get these coupons, I guess we will use both of cards at different times to pay and keep track of our coupon deals.
