My Daughter"s friend who is 18 will be with us on our next cruise.Does she need an documentation besides her passport?

Probably not, as she should be considered an adult.

However, I would have the notarized form, just in case. I'd hate to be asked for it and not have it.

We are traveling with an 18 year old friend next week and I was told as long as 18, nothing needed aside from her passport.

I agree with Bob.....

You probably won’t be asked for a notarized letter, but if you are the one who would have to make medical decisions for her in lieu of her parents I would have the documentation proving this.

Have a wonderful cruise!!
