Online Check-In - Received Embarkation Form - Is that it?

The MSC website is a bit "lacking" in clear directions.

I'm 9 days from my sailing and I've filled out everything online and also received an email with baggage tags and the Embarkation Forms for the two of us.

However, whenever I'm on the website or the phone app, it keeps telling me to check-in. Is this simply because their website isn't designed to acknowledge that check-in has been completed?

Or am I not actually checked-in?

A bit confusing and as a first cruiser with MSC, a bit frustrating.

Hello OskiBear, we received our e tickets online yesterday, and the web site, does not show it. Although it does acknowledge our check in. MSC website has a lot to be desired.

I am also a new cruiser with MSC. The check-in is on the MSC website, where you go in and put in all your personal information, confirm all details, then print out your E Ticket and boarding form. This is VERY important to do correctly to avoid any delay on boarding day!

If you have the luggage tags you are checked in.

did you actually do your on line check-in and make a copy?

Once you have your tickets, and all is in order on them, no need to do anything more - except, of course, to go enjoy your cruise! :D
