Acapulco snorkeling

We will be on NCL in Dec. in Acapulco. Was wondering if anyone has done the snorkeling through the ships tour and how it was? Seems like the water temp is pretty warm at an avg. of 88 degrees F. I am a little concerned about even getting off the ship in Acapulco.

I think you will find that the tour actually goes off shore to La Roqueta and you probably depart directly from the cruise port. This seems like a good idea for a tour in Acapulco.
