It's not on Windstar. Tahiti Wifi is it's own entity. I'm so sorry but looks like you missed the sale.

how strong is the wifi when used on board at tender at various island spots?

I've not used it as yet but a few months ago there was a thread here regarding Tahiti Wifi. The reviews were quite good.

Tahiti Wifi is not on sale as far as I know- I posted this awhile back. But returned from Tahiti last week, used it and it was wonderful. Can use it only in port, but turn it on close to device, wait a minute and bingo- it's great. It didn't work on the Tuamotos like Fakarava, Rangiroa and Raiatea. But a big yes on Tahiti, Bora Bora, Moorea, and Huahine. A lot of the crew use it.
