I've only seen it at the same exact price onboard and pre-cruise.

I too have only seen it the one price! Which is good if the ship does not try to take two punches for anything above a small. If they do.. my suggestion is to save your receipts for anything you have to spend up to the 15 drink mark, and get the sizes you want. The website says any 15 specialty coffee drinks, and does not specify size. Twice when my cruise was over, after they pulled that non sense, I called RCI and they refunded the amount I spent on the drinks up to 15 drinks that the coffee card allows. They stated "each ship does it differently." I stated... "well until it is fixed on the terms and conditions, RCI should enforce, but as I am well aware... RCI picks and chooses what it enforces.... thanks for my refund." Both times they also threw in an additional $25 OBC to be used on my next sailing, which they applied while on the phone. That part was unnecessary, but I was not going to turn it down.
