Meeting place in the Spirit

I'm coordinating a private excursion and we'd like somewhere to gather before all getting off the ship. Can anyone recommend somewhere that isn't likely to be too crowded?

Would Henry's Pub be quite quiet in the morning? Or does everyone try and use that?

Have been on the Spirit a few times and for larger groups on private excursions have met at Champagne Charlies on deck 8 and it is usually empty. I don't know about Henry's Pub but if it's a small group it could be fine.
