questions about reef resort all inclusive

I am thinking this is what my husband and I will do when in Progreso. But a few quick questions:

I've read several places about having the tour 'price matched' via Carnival. But I'm not finding a tour with a price to match?

Did the AutoProgreso company quit offering this as a tour?

Also...once there, I realize there is a beach and a pool, etc. But are there beach activities? Kayaks, windsurfing, snorkeling, anything? Are they included?

Autoprogreso told us they stopped going to Reef Club because it got too expensive. Last time, 2 years ago, we took an AP tour to Technotel. We actually preferred Technotel more than Reef Club.
