Voom. One device $15.99 a day. Cheaper now than on ship?

Sorry about another voom question but wondering if you can help?

Was going to pre purchase it for one device. Is it cheaper to buy it now or when I get on ship?

Flying out today so doing things kind of last minute...any help would be appreciated!

That pre-cruise price is for the faster Stream service, and is about the same price as the slower Surf Only service onboard.
