Future Cruise Cert Question/OBC

Hello,

We are sailing Saturday on the Gem. My sister who is in a different cabin is looking to purchase two for the $500 and then will receive the $250 OBC. She is looking to purchase a soda card for my boys who are traveling with me in a different cabin, as well as pay for and excursion and the social media package. Is she able to use her OBC for things attached to other people in a different room. Is the OBC room specific? If she purchases the FCC when we get onboard how soon does she receive the OBC?

The $250 OBC is not really a credit. It is the way that they discount the FCC's. She will get the $250 OBC most likely the next day, but she will be charged the $500 for the FCC the same day.

So there is no extra credit to be used as a result of the FCC purchase.
