CC points by nights or by days?

Today I am 83 points away from Elite+

Our next cruise will be 16 nights also called 17 days cruise

If the points will be calculated on the number of nights then I will be 3 points short after disembarkation (Concierge class)

If calculated by nights then I'll be on the nex tier.:):)

As far as I know, they go by number of Nights -- they don't count disembarkation day.

Which cruise are you taking? I see in your signature Arabian and India but I don't see a 16 day cruise offered on that itinerary by Celebrity.

It's by nights, we have done 1 cruise with Celebrity 14 nights in Veranda. CC displays 42 points = 14 * 3

Good detective work. Nothing unusual about the cruise as it is listed as a 16 night cruise.

Rubens will need to take another cruise or pay twice as much for a Sky Suite.

Sorry to say but Aqua Class gives five points per night, same as Concierge.

Seems strange that you are only 83 points away from E+, yet have no knowledge of how points are accumulated.

Can you sneak in a short cruise?

I did that in September 2012, as we needed just 1 point to become Elite on the old system, before a 15 night Caribbean cruise.
