All promos don't show in MyNCL

We have 4 promos - dinners, drinks, 250 internet, shorex.

I only see 3 online and in the header it says (3). The drinks and dinner always showed up as did the 250 but now the 250 doesn't show but the shorex does.

Has this happened to anyone else and did you have an issue onboard with not getting all promos?

this is sometimes normal. if you have access to the e-docs, everything should be listed there.

I had the same issue when I checked today. The internet package isn't showing up, just the beverage package.

Same here , Internet does not show up on Myncl .

Called NCL . Confirmed I had it .

I went away on mine about the time the internet packages went up for sale. EDoc's list's everything though.

It's typical NCL I.T. Dept's competency, our Platinum 30 minutes X2 are there but not the 250 promo WiFi minutes.

We always keep digital PDF copies of the confirmations & eDocs with us, just in case ... won't bother to print it out. Been lucky till now, fingers crossed.

Check your booking document. They should all be listed there. Print it out and take it with you.

Me too. Different ones than ordered. Travel agent assures me that they will be right at sailing.

Same thing has happened to us for a Nov cruise.

Logged in yesterday and internet bonus has changed to phone time.

Will get my TA to sort it hopefully .
