Tour buses in port?

i just read a cruise review that made mention of complimentary tour buses in port that will take you into town if you prefer to do your own thing over booking a shore excursion.

Looked through the Azamara website and don’t see anything like that.

Did I read the review wrong or does azamara offer this service?

They do offer it if the ship is not docked right in town. Some ports do not allow it for reasons like taxi union objections, etc.

There is a thread headed ‘Shuttles’ in this ‘Azamara Club Cruises’ forum. You may find this helpful. (The buses that take you into towns are called shuttle buses).
