Cancellation charges

I have just had to cancel a 35 day caribbean cruise for february 2019 as hubby advised not to go on lengthy cruises.

Have now booked three 14 day cruises in europe to replace. I understand we will lose our deposit but do we have to pay cancellation fees also?

Having cancelled that far in advance the only thing you would lose is the deposit. Having said that if you have cancelled the cruise and booked 3 others with the same cruise company and through the same TA all at the same time I would ask the TA or cruise line to forego losing the deposit as you have booked 3 other cruises and in effect paid 3 more deposits as a gesture of goodwill.
