It may be true, but I never observed that. Our cabin was only several cabins forward of the Rijks so we observed it almost every time we were coming/going to our cabin. I tend to rise earlier than my DH and it was my "go to" place to enjoy my coffee before my DH was ready for breakfast.

The times we saw the Rijks used most heavily was during the sea days, mid day.
