Post Liberty - Anything to do while we wait for 2+ hours?

Our transportation has us arriving at 9am on May 31. We can't board the Royal Caribbean Anthem until 12:00. Is there anything to do in the area?

Probably not as big a problem as you think. You're sailing on a Thur, so arriving by 9 am could be delayed by rush hour traffic. The only thing to do is to check as much luggage as possible (of course keeping your passport, boarding documents, medications, and any electronic or other valuables with you), and walk over to the 911 Memorial to explore and take pictures. The terminal will open by 10-10:30 for checkin and boarding should start by 10:45 to 11 am. If you've been assigned a boarding time of noon, don't worry about that - the time is not enforced.

Once you board, you can make any reservations you are missing. Bumper cars start at noon, so that's a good thing to do. Early lunch at the Cafe 270 is also an option.

I don't think you are really going to have as much time as you think to kill.
