LAX to downtown Long Beach hotel - Super Shuttle or ??

Two of us on a Sunday morning. What are our options to get to our hotel (Hyatt Centric Pike) in Long Beach.

Second question - if we decide on Super Shuttle, do we need to make a reservation ahead of time or can we just grab one at LAX (and how do we do this?)?

Lots of options, shuttle, taxi, Uber/Lyft, private car. If you want standard shuttle, you just walk out the door of the terminal and there is a stand. Problem with that is you are in a shared group and may end up with multiple stops and side trips on way to your hotel. Uber would be direct as would cab, but the latter will cost more .

You can make reservations or pay at LAX. Outside the baggage area you’ll find a SS desk. The cost for us last Sept. was $19.00 per person. Short ride but you can run into the dreaded L.A. traffic.
