Shore excursions?

5 days before sailing you can cancel any excursion that you have booked on line and the cost will be refunded back to your credit card -- no penalities.

After that and on embarkation day you can cancel an excursion without any penalty -- cost will be refunded to your shipboard account as a credit to be used for anything on the ship, restaurant, a new excursion, etc. If you have any shipboard credit left at the end of the cruise, that will be refunded back to your credit card.

After embarkation day, if you want to cancel an excursion, just check the deadline in the shore excursion booklet in your cabin. There will be a 10% penalty. If you miss the deadline -- you won't get anything back. There is an exception to this -- sometimes there is a waiting list for an excursion, then you may get your money back in the form of shipboard credit.
