I can’t answer posts at the moment as even though I have written many sentences when I try to post it says I haven’t written enough characters.

Are you referring to the Cruise Critic website, not the Viking site?

I had that problem before, and it was user error! Check if you accidentally started typing your response in between paragraphs of the post that you quoted. When I did that before it took me a while to figure out what I was doing. You always need to begin your reply after the
