Carnival Vista Havana Pool Question

Yep, it opens to the general public. I will say, it did not appear that anyone was taking this offer to use the Havana pool, but I did sail in Nov and by 6 pm it was dark outside. The one thing that made me uncomfortable was 'strangers' walking past my patio, which was not customary during the closed day hours.

I will say, the Havana cabin was my all time favorite on board cruise experience, once you Havana, you will never go back!

Is 12 years and older still in effect after 7:00 PM ?

I believe the 12 year old age minimum is still in effect after hours
