well i personally start my new job today, and losing weight here shouldn't be a problem, i think i walked about 5 miles today, up and down the hallways. i have a pedometer, next time i come here (i am working for a nursing agency, so i work different places according to the need) i am going to wear it and see exactly how much i do walk. boy, the old dogs are barking!!!used to sitting on my caboose, just taking care of one kid, doing private duty! ok enough whining, my actual point was that i should lose this week from all the walking i did today.anyway, i probably won't weigh in until friday, just because i am working all night, so won't get a true "after sleep" weigh.
