A Sat. morning "hello"!

The sun is out up here in the North, but it is cold. Hope it warms up a little this afternoon, cuz I would love to take a walk!

Weight is so eratic. Yesterday the 1 1/2 pounds was back on...today the 1/2 part is gone! Gotta get a grip!!!

Cathy...good luck getting a new teaching post. Closer to home would be great!

your weight will stabilize, but if it is driving you nuts, stop weighing every day, if you do weigh everyday, you have to expect the ups and downs.

Happy Saturday all! Another beautiful day in the south. Already low 80s. Been out doing a little "cruise" shopping. The downside to losing weight is you have to buy all new clothes. But wait, is that a downside? LOL Found a neat tropical dress AND the best part is that......it's a size 10! Yippee!
