Looking for a non-Caribbean cruise that includes April 30, 2019

Any ideas? Usually cruise on Royal Caribbean but open to others. Probably not one of the more luxury lines like Crystal etc. Europe would be good but it doesn't seem Royal is there yet on April 30. Would like to avoid the Caribbean, or at least the typical Caribbean cruise.

Prolly just 7 days...

That time frame is when many ships are re-positioning from the Caribbean to Europe, Alaska etc. Most of these are 12-14 days and start in the Caribbean with mostly sea days.

A quick search on one of the online cruise sites shows Costa, MSC and Holland America having 7 night Europen sailings in April.

Several cruise lines show 7 night sailings to Bermuda during that time.

Carnival has a 7-day Alaska cruise leaving on April 29.

Princess has roundtrip LA leaving April 27 for Mexican Riviera.

Costa has roundtrip Venice leaving April 27 for Greece.
