So I have been on about every class of ship except this one . Have sailed front back high low and have felt vibrations on ships . So I know what you mean . Mostly its when you dock . So can someone give me a clue on what you feel on this . We have this booked for NYE . Love that big balcony don't want to give it up . So it is mild only when u dock? Is it constant all of the time ? I mean how severe is it like a just a mild shimmer . Only thing that concerns me the lady that is going with me its her first cruise . So even though she doesn't get motion sickness may want to switch to a suite mid ship . Thanks for any input .

We were in 6226, and towards the back there is a pretty constant vibration on this ship, it was kinda like what I imagine one of those "Magic Fingers" beds from those cheap motels would be like. :D

On our last sea day, the sea was kinda rough and at sea day brunch, the MDR was just a shaking and rattling.

Compared to other ships I've been on, I'd give the aft of the Miracle a 5 on the Richter Scale :D

We sat in the dining room 2 decks below you and you could feel a vibration.

Our balcony was mid ship, deck 7, and if you held a piece of paper, it shakes, slightly.

I don't get seasick sick, so it never bothered me, but I could see it bothering those who are prone to sea sickness.

The Miracle stayed in Tampa this week a couple extra days, maybe they were doing some maintenance?

We have a vista suite booked for next March so have no idea about the vibration. Just want to mention to you that the vista suites on deck 5 are different from the vista suites on the other decks. Deck 5 vista suites do NOT have a separate bedroom area.

The Miracle has always shaken. Friends had one of the deck 4 aft wraps. It was a constant rumble. Native Californians wouldn’t feel a thing.

That's ok we booked it for the balcony and the fact its aft and the privacy , It was the last one left . I just didn't want to shake us to death , But from what I am hearing and reading it seems to be very mild .

Just got back from staying in 5268. I will say it isn't bad but as stated above reminded you of a vibrating bed. My complaint was we had to stick a piece of paper when we closed the safe and a towel in the bathroom door from the noise they made from the vibration but other than that nothing bad. I am sometimes prone to sea sickness and was not bothered in this location.

We've been in Vista Suites 7298 and 7347 on the Spirit, as well as Vista Suite 6260 on the Miracle. We will be sailing on the Miracle again for the 01 Feb 2020 Panama Canal Cruise, in Vista Suite 5295. Our recollection of the Aft Wrap Balcony Vista Suites was that the majority of the vibration came during docking/departure operations, when the thrusters came into play. There was also some vibration during the cruise itself, but nothing of any note that we can recall. You may encounter occasional soot about the balcony area and lounge chairs, so be wary of that and cover the chairs with a towel if need be. Other then that, the Vista Aft Wrap balconies are awesome! More total square footage than a Grand Suite (room and balcony combined). We love them! We had 14 people on our aft wrap balcony, helping us celebrate our 35th Anniversary on the Miracle back in 2013. There was still room to accomodate more people. That is how large they are. (P.S. We are from California...so we may be desensitized from "vibrations".) :)

We were on the Miracle 7-1 to 7-8. In 27 cruises I have never felt vibration as bad as the Miracle. We were seated in the aft for seaday brunch and the glasses and cups were moving like crazy even though they had placed napkins under everything. You could feel it in the casino which is mid-lower. We had scheduled a back to back on the Miracle and when we got home I cancelled one of the cruises.

I cruised for 15 days to Hawaii on the Miracle 2 years ago and there was no vibration issue so maybe there is propulsion problem.

We have done 3 cruises on the Miracle. 2 of them were Vista suites. The first was on deck 6 starboard 6329 and our last was on deck 4 starboard 4237.

6329 balcony had a slight smaller balcony than 4237. The only problems on 6329 we found was the balcony would get dirty from the soot, but not much just makes the furniture dirty so put down towels. It had less vibration though. 4237 has a wider balcony, no problem with soot. The cabin vibrated a little more than 6329 but it wasn't a lot. I know you said your on deck 5 so I hope this answers your question.

Enjoy your cruise.

If you would like- both our cabin videos are on youtube.
