La Pinta cruise- good for traveling in Halong Bay-Cat Ba island-Lan Ha bay?

I searched on the net that there is a new way to explore Halong Bay- Cat Ba and Lan Ha Bay by cruise tour- La Pinta cruise. I really impressed with the tour but it is still new, so Can I help me some review or suggestions?

P/s: I will visit Vietnam in and want to visit in April with my group of friends (under 24 yrs)
