Embarkation day queries.

We would appreciate a couple of answers to the following questions:

1. Is lunch provided in the main dining room on embarkation day?

2. I afternoon tea provided on embarkation day?

3. Does afternoon tea get interrupted on either embarkation day or the 2nd day (we will be two days in the same port at the start of the cruise)?

Haven't really been able to ascertain what happens regarding lunch/afternoon tea for embarkation day, and would appreciate some information. This will assist planning.

On the 2 cruises we have done on Ocean only the Buffet in the World Cafe was open for lunch. No afternoon tea. I do not remember what was available day 2.

On the Orion now buffet on first day no tea. There was tea the 2nd day.

Dining room open for lunch only on sea days. Our cruise no sea days so it was never open for lunch

Thanks for the information. We get fed up with going to the MDR for lunch all the time, so we can easily live with this arrangement.

On the Mediterranean Odyssey cruise in 2017, the pool bar was also open for lunch on embarkation day.

Also Mamsen open for lunch.
