5 day Western Caribbean cruise out of NOLA on the Triumph. How many formal nights?

I have taken Carnival cruises out of NOLA in the past and had 2 formal nights but that was a 7 day cruise. How many formal nights can I expect on this cruise?

Bonus question: I thought that the main dining was pretty good on my last cruise (a lot better than Norwegian). Has that changed? If so, what specialty dining do you recommend?

Thanks! I also just noticed that the Triumph doesn't offer specialty dining like the steakhouse. Oops!

Is it still night 2?

It's the second night. You can order from a steakhouse menu at dinner in the dining rooms. But no specialty restaurants, unless you want to do Chef's Table.

They don’t do that on the 5 days anymore

Nope. No more free lobster. But I plan on eating some at the Seafood Shack for lunch on a sea day.

Oh no. I was looking forward to that. Just off the Dream and it was so good!!

Just one formal night. But don’t worry about the dress code. They let people in with shorts, jeans tee shirts and flip flops.
