Recommendation for Private car and what to do in Casablanca port

We are going to be in Casablanca in January and would like to get a car with driver/guide to take us around. I've heard Casablanca isn't very safe so maybe we need to go to Rabat? It's my 21 year old daughter's graduation trip and she always wanted to go to Africa so this is the most important port for us and we want it to be special. Any recommendations of who would be safe and reliable to take the 3 of us will be greatly appreciated!
