patrick401ca Posted January 20, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2018 I have a cruise from Auckland to Sydney coming up. I am thinking of getting a pass for the hydro pool and thermal suite for the whole trip because I think that for the bulk of the time the air will be cool on the decks (the opposite of a Caribbean cruise). When do they sell the passes? Do they sell them on check in online or on embarkation? Sent from my iPhone using Forums
cvpends Posted January 20, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 20, 2018 Noordam has nice thermal suite! My experience is that we go to the spa first thing to snag a pass. I don't know if things are different down under? Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
Rare kazu Posted January 20, 2018 #3 Share Posted January 20, 2018 The spa has been the place to buy the pass on every cruise we have been on - whether they were sailing in Europe, South America, Pacific or Down Under.
rkacruiser Posted January 20, 2018 #4 Share Posted January 20, 2018 Go to the spa on the afternoon of your embarkation day to purchase the pass. In my experience, buying the pass then will cost you less than if you wait until later in the cruise.
hhoope01 Posted January 21, 2018 #5 Share Posted January 21, 2018 Can you purchase a cruise pass to the thermal suite from the concierges in the Neptune lounge? Or is going to the Spa the only option?
alwaysfrantic Posted January 21, 2018 #6 Share Posted January 21, 2018 We have both bought in the spa on the first day and bought in advance through ship services. The price was the same either way
sunshiners Posted February 7, 2018 #7 Share Posted February 7, 2018 Does anyone know the approximate daily cost for hydro pool on Noordam??
Stratheden Posted February 7, 2018 #8 Share Posted February 7, 2018 It is cheaper to purchase a pass for two people but you do not have to be from the same cabin. If you can find someone on your roll call who is going to purchase a spa pass you can can go together and purchase a pass for two and halve the cost.
