Can not access "My account" on website!

I've not been able to get into NCL's "My Account", shore excursions, or much of anything for almost 2 weeks! Is anyone else having that problem? I have no idea when my final payment is due, I can't look at anything except for new cruises! I've cleaned my cache, run virus scanners, etc. HELP!

What is the error message when you sign in? You can look at shore excursions for each cruise without signing in to your account if you just want information. If nothing else, you can always call NCL.

Haven't had any issues here. Have you tried calling NCL tech support? Here is the number 1-866-625-1160 I don't see it on the NCL site until I log in

Call the general reservation number. Ask to be transferred to Tech Support. They can help unjam accounts.

Had an issue a few weeks ago. Login was not working in Firefox or IE Edge. Called tech support and advised me to login with Chrome which worked.

Haven't had any issues since.

I noticed an annoying bug with my account and Firefox. I can not switch my reservation to my other sailing by clicking on the link on the top right corner. If i try to click on that link. Nothing Happens. If i use chrome, and click on it, a drop down appears showing my other bookings.

An update:

I finally got through to tech support. Apparently, this is an issue with EVERYONE who is on a B2B cruise and should be resolved within 2 weeks.
