I would say don't count on it...although I'm pretty sure the press releases said *most* things should be completed in Spring 2019 (whatever that means). The exception is the upgraded suite area, which won't be completed til fall.

But as others said, it's the Bahamas. MSC's Ocean Cay Reserve or whatever it is called was pushed back a whole year, I believe.
