You cannot add anything to their online version, however, it is simple to open the calendar, open full calendar, highlight the page, copy, and paste into a Word document for your own offline use.

 

I've done it for years, and it becomes completely personalizable. I've made one for all my trips, even on other cruise lines.

You might need to fuss with the formatting a little bit, but with even basic computer skills you can make one, adding events, number of days, changing ports and port times. I even made one for a 21 day trip.

 

For an upcoming Oasis trip, I waited until I had my shows and shore excursions booked so they showed up on the personalizer, then copied it so I could add private tour information. Great to have that stuff all in one place. Put it up on the wall with magnets, and there it is, instant organization.
