RC Planner

Can you personalise your RC Planner, by adding your own stuff into the calendar or do you have to do your own spreadsheet thing ?

If you can, how ?

The only events the Cruise Planner will show are those RC events that you have booked using their website.

You cannot add anything to their online version, however, it is simple to open the calendar, open full calendar, highlight the page, copy, and paste into a Word document for your own offline use.

I've done it for years, and it becomes completely personalizable. I've made one for all my trips, even on other cruise lines.

You might need to fuss with the formatting a little bit, but with even basic computer skills you can make one, adding events, number of days, changing ports and port times. I even made one for a 21 day trip.

For an upcoming Oasis trip, I waited until I had my shows and shore excursions booked so they showed up on the personalizer, then copied it so I could add private tour information. Great to have that stuff all in one place. Put it up on the wall with magnets, and there it is, instant organization.

In the planner, click on My Calendar and then Full Calendar. On that page there's an Add Activity link under which there's a drop down menu and the last choice is Personalized Activity.

Biker beat me to it! Yes you can personalise the RCI calendar.... but I find it a bit of a pfaff esp with the times which is why I do the spreadsheet!!
