First Time Cruise for Honeymoon

Hello everyone, we are planning our first cruise for our honeymoon in January 2019. We are wanting to go to the Southern Caribbean and have narrowed it down to the following cruise lines, Celebrity (Summit), Royal Caribbean (Freedom of the Seas), Princess Cruises (Crown Princess), Norwegian (Norwegian Dawn). Which line would be better suited for a laid back romantic honeymoon, we are mid-30s, looking for more relaxation, time can be alone (able to eat just the two of us), and good food! Thank you in advance! :)

I've only been on Celebrity of the ones you listed, but you're describing it to a T. Aqua class get's you access to Blu which would be a more private dinner(at least a table for 2). Always found a place to relax and read, have a quiet drink at the sunset bar, still a few activities going on if we wanted to do that.

Agree with others of your choices by far summit is most laid back , but if at all possible book a sky suite , perks are great suite dinning room luminae is elegant with great food and sevice with mostly tables for two. Suite lounge is also really elegant with free drinks from morning to night. Also suite restaurant is far superior to normal dinning room. Nothing really wrong with other choices.
